The Construction Advice service is a confidential packaged service to give you our best advice on how to structure your web application. This is not about what your site or application looks like, but which components to use and how to deploy them to efficiently create your application..
The Package - 'Pointing you in the right direction'
The package provides up to one-hour for one of our analysts to examine your proposed development and then email you a suggested best way forward, together with links to the knowledgebase articles in 'The Guide' that explain how to configure the components.
How it works
This is an email only service. You must submit your proposal to us by email with any attachments or illustrations that may be helpful in explaining your goals. We will analyze the proposal and make our suggestions - working within the one-hour overall time limit. This package does not include telephone consultation.
We offer this service at an introductory rate of: $99.00 (plus any applicable taxes)
The package also includes up to three follow up emails and responses for clarification.

Extended advice - 'Holding your hand'
Extended advice pays for one of our analysts to give you detailed personalized construction advice by email on how to build part or all of your particular application. This package does not include telephone consultation.
Costs normally range between $150.00 and $345.00 (plus any applicable taxes) per request, depending on the complexity of the application.

Architectural and Business-model Consultancy Services
If your requirement is for more in-depth support and on-going Consultancy to advise your developers we have years of experience in how best to structure applications for the web.
Site structure and design advice based on this experience is available at normal commercial rates.
Costs will vary according to the complexity of the issues, from sub-routine design through to business model advice. The scope of the engagement will be estimated, and at least part payment will be required prior to the delivery of the service.
